Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad, Her Life in the United States and Canada Reviews
I was fortunate to hear the author speak at my local library and be the first to borrow this book. I liked the focus on Canada and how much that nation was involved in the UGRR movement. I did not know about her being the first woman to lead a military raid. My only complaint was it was too short. While helpful a lot of pages are taken up by the timeline of African Americans in Canada and the Life of Harriet Tubman.
