my lord hercules Reviews
I liked this story much better than the last but I still can't give it more than 3 stars. In a novella there might be a cute story but there's so much missing BUT 3 stars still means I liked it.And I liked Harry and Miranda and I've enjoyed all the characters in the stories, with the exception of Marston. What an absolute asshole he was. I'm so glad Harry punched him in the face. The story was all about Miranda's missing friend Tessie and Miranda's belief that Marston had something to do with that disappearance, and Harry's promise to find out the truth if Miranda would accept his marriage proposal once he did. It was a good story. It was nice to see Pippa and Jason, and Berks, whose story I'm going to read next. There was no sex but some serious kissy-face that brought on erections and hardened nipples.
Regency seasons 1-3 This is a cute light hearted series. All of the heros are slightly rougish and have redeemed themselves by the end of the novella by marrying the girl of their dreams. I don't quite agree with the complete redemption of some of these heros. The girls are all individuals who end up doing something they shouldn't, but are determine to do. The steam level is very low.
HerculesI liked this story, I think it could have been better written, I recommend everyone to read this book. Kattie.
Saints and sinnersMiranda is trying to find out what happened to her friend, Tessie. Her only clue is that Tessie was besotted with Lord Stalbridge when she vanished, so she believes he knows something about it. Harry saves her from scandal time and again while she pursues Stalbridge, and sparks fly between the two. Ultimately, Harry offers to confront Stalbridge for her IF she agrees to marry him.
Short and sweetThis story was short, sweet, and predictable. Everything was neatly wrapped-up at the end and tired with a bow. The H and h didn't seem to have very much interaction overall and fell more in gentle lust than love as they didn't spend enough time in each other's company to actually converse or get to know one another.
Nice readThis was a well written short read. The characters were well fleshed out and the supporting characters were perfectly placed and not distracting. Harry's acceptance of Olivias quirky nature was very sweet and satisfying. There is no heat level to this story, just a few well placed kisses.
What's a gentleman to do when he sees a young lady disguised as a man enter a notorious gaming hell? Why throw her over his shoulder and pack her off, of course. Harry only wants to help Miranda, but they may never live it down if the scandal gets out. This is a fun, quick story featuring some of the same characters from The Betting Season and Ladies & Gentleman series of novellas.
Dreamy book .Full of adventure and love I couldn't put it down I hope that other readers enjoy it as much as I did .
Overall I liked it but it was predictable. I liked the hero and heroine. They were both humorous and fun personalities. I consider it PG13 on the heat level.
Fun happy read.
